Written in the research phase before starting on designing the level, this research topic was chosen to learn more about the layout of a typical UT4 level, and how to ensure the best, uninterrupted player flow throughout the map.
This research served as a good foundation for the level design pillars that would be written later, influencing elements like exit/entry points, preferred geometry shapes, use of primary/secondary routes, etc.
Like other research performed for this project, it was shared with the 3 other members of our research/theme group.
