Old Dirt

Thousands of years after the destruction and abandonment of the Planet, the remnants of humanity live under the oppressive regime of the universe-encompassing megacorp UltOS. A group of ambitious scavengers seek to establish a new society in the barren wastelands, but the shifting sands of Old Dirt hide many secrets… and entities best left undisturbed.

Old Dirt started as a small hobby project intended to be a playground where all my practice in 3D art, animation, and visual scripting comes together. And while it still is exactly that, it has since grown to an ambitious retro-styled FPS game with immersive sim elements, developed in my spare time.

All parts of this game are made by me individually and are powered by Unreal Engine 5 and Blender. From the game design and functional prototypes to the 3D assets and animations, this project has challenged me to learn and grow my skills in many different fields.
